Seminar Attendees Find Value In Simplicity & Savings
February 02, 2009 - Last Wednesday Acredo Technologies Inc. held the second seminar in their series on intelligent communications. Their goal during these events is to engage members of the small business community in an educational setting. The topic "Phone Systems That Can Simply Save You Money" peaked the interest of those who attended, and spurred a number of discussions, addressing their needs and priorities concerning VoIP.
Brian and Mike Ross acted as MCs during the "lunch & learn", leading with a discussion on simplicity. Attendees were shocked to learn how quickly these phone systems could be implemented in any business. Brian Ross illustrated the point by explaining how easy it was for him to set up a few Grandstream phones for the seminar and connect them to the BASIXTM network. The entire installation process was complete in a matter of minutes, and, because there was an existing wireless connection, no hardware configuration was needed.
While ease of installation, use, and expansion is important to small businesses, the savings available garnered the most attention.
