Acredo Eyes Manila Call Center For Support
December 12, 2008 - Last week Mike Ross traveled to the other side of the world to collaborate with some of the international partners of Acredo Technologies. His first time was in Japan, to meet up with Willson Kwai of Brastel Telecom . The partners have, for some time, been looking for an international call center through which they can provide their customers the highest level of care and technical assistance. Together they then traveled to the Philippines to visit a call center in Manila with the aim of inspecting the facilities and interviewing the employees. "Their English is great, they are very polite and eager." Ross was pleased to report.
The center serves a number of countries including the US, Brazil, the Philippines, Japan, Vietnam, China, and others. Currently they exclusively support the Brastel's calling card and Flip Phone services With this impressive experience the partners feel the Manila center would be able to provide level one technical support for the BASIX products. Customers would be able to reach someone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, aligning perfectly with Acredo's customer relations philosophy of service to the extreme.
Wilson is interested in drafting a business plan to make this a joint project between the partners. Ross will begin work on this in the near future.
